avcox Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
 

Welcome to the Avcox Affiliate Program!
By joining the Avcox Affiliate Program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before participating in the program.
1. Program Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must have a valid email address.
You must have a website or other online platform that aligns with Avcox's brand and target audience.
You may not be an employee or immediate family member of Avcox.
2. Affiliate Agreement:
This agreement is effective upon your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Avcox reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, at its sole discretion. Your continued participation in the Program after any such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
3. Program Participation:
As an Avcox affiliate, you are granted permission to promote Avcox's digital products on your website, social media channels, or other online platforms.
You will be provided with unique affiliate links that track sales generated from your referral traffic.
You may not use misleading or deceptive advertising practices to promote Avcox products.
You may not use Avcox's trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property in a manner that is inconsistent with Avcox's brand guidelines.
4. Commission Structure:
You will earn a commission of 30% on the sale price of every digital product such as the digital on demand courses and eBooks in the payment plan purchased by customers who click on your unique affiliate link. You will earn 5 % commission on the sale of physical products in the Store section including our official premium brand, The Flyer®. You will earn a commission of 10% for bookings made through us that result in a paid consultation or service engagement.  
Commissions will be paid out monthly, by the 15th of the month following the month in which the sale occurred.
A minimum payout threshold of $50 applies.
5. Payment:
You will be paid via Bank Transfer and PayPal.
Avcox will not be responsible for any fees associated with receiving payments.
6. Tracking and Reporting:
You will have access to a real-time dashboard where you can track your referral traffic, sales, and commissions earned.
Avcox reserves the right to audit your affiliate account and transactions at any time.
7. Program Termination:
Avcox reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:
Violation of these Terms and Conditions
Engaging in fraudulent or unethical practices
Failure to maintain a high-quality website or online platform
Engaging in activities that harm Avcox's reputation
Avcox reserves the right to refuse or cancel any partnership if necessary.
8. Disclaimer:
Avcox makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the success of your affiliate program participation.
Avcox is not responsible for any damages or losses that you may incur as a result of your participation in the program.
9. Governing Law:
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
10. Entire Agreement:
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Avcox relating to your participation in the Affiliate Program.
Any prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written, are superseded by these Terms and Conditions.
11. Severability:
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
